A sampling of what we do to facilitate economic development in Warren County:

  1. Advocate for business promoting the assets of the region by increasing dialogue and understanding between the public and private sectors.

  2. Furnish Warren County demographics, labor market conditions, information on business and industry which are located or intend to operate in Warren County.

  3. Direct new and prospective business to resources available to them from federal government, state and educational partnerships.

  4. Act as a first point of contact and facilitator for businesses on where to find financial assistance, training resources, managerial and business assistance.

  5. Maintain a database of vacant office space, industrial properties and potential new sites for tax ratables.

  6. Monitor business expansion plans – calling on local companies to see if they need local assistance.

  7. Work with municipalities to obtain a tax incentive and abatement programs to facilitate a strong economically viable business community.
